"What truly sets this mower apart is its zero-turn capability, allowing for precision maneuverability around obstacles with ease. I love its high-back seat..."

"I purchased the timemaster for exactly that. I needed to be done mowing a lot quicker than I was with my 21”. Love the fact that you truly get a 30” cut and not a 27”..."

Versatile Landscape Management For Life Out Here
While what’s best for your acreage depends on its size and terrain type, the kind of engine also factors in, as do a mower’s power ratings and cutting deck width. We offer a wide selection of lawn mowers to suit every experience and comfort level, including:
Push Lawn Mowers
If you’re mowing a smaller property with average grass and weeds, you may prefer push mowers, also known as walk-behind mowers. Powered by gas, electric or a manual wheel, most are designed for cutting flatter lawns less than an acre in size. Reel push mowers are ideal for up to a quarter acre, while electric push mowers are great for properties a third of an acre or smaller. Self-propelled mowers can handle a half-acre or more, and gas push mowers are the most powerful of them all, ideal for around an acre.
Riding Lawn Mowers
With steering wheels and pedals, riding lawn mowers run similarly to cars, taking a lot of the hassle out of mowing with them. Gas or battery-powered with either single-cylinder or V-twin motors, they’re ideal for landscaping areas larger than a half-acre. Electric-powered options are capable of cutting two acres or so per charge with the right rechargeable lithium-ion batteries. Opt for a model with a manual or automatic transmission to help you easily adjust speeds while it cuts, or get one with a hydrostatic transmission for a low-maintenance option that helps smooth out the ride.
Zero-Turn Mowers
Unlike everyday riding lawn mowers, zero-turn riding mowers feature 180-degree, rotating caster wheels up front, controlled independently by hydrostatic transmissions or transaxles. Maneuvered using lap bars or levers instead of a steering wheel, they turn more sharply, making it easier to mow a flat property several acres or larger while steering clear of obstacles. Choose a battery-powered model with a brushless motor for a low-noise, zero-emission option, but if you want a longer running time, you may prefer a model with a single-cylinder, V-twin or diesel engine that runs on gas.
Robotic Lawn Mowers
These set-and-forget electric mowers can cut up to an acre of grass with little supervision, either following sensors and a wire perimeter or directions from satellite signals. They automatically return to AC base stations to recharge their battery packs when the job is finished or if running low on power. They feature a host of smart technology, letting you schedule when and where to cut, set timers by season, check out histories of where they’ve mowed, run diagnostics and more. They even have adjustable floating decks to help their blades or discs avoid scalping.
Trail Mowers
Capable of clearing tough, overgrown terrain quickly, a trail mower is designed for mowing sizable areas, from trails and large lawns to fields and golf courses. Either gas- or battery-powered, and often with ultra-wide cutting reels and decks, they’re offered in three types:
- Brush hogs, which you can attach to a tractor
- Gang reel mowers to tow behind an ATV or other farm or off-road equipment
- Rough-cut mowers with more powerful engines for tougher tasks
