Our orders ship Monday through Friday. Orders received after 1PM CST on Friday will ship the following Monday. If there are items that are not temperature sensitive in the same order as cold-ship items, we'll attempt to package and ship separately. If your email address is on file, you'll receive important status updates about your prescription. We will attempt to contact your vet for up to 6 business days.

Once approved by your vet, we'll ship your order using your preferred method, and notify you via email

Federal law requires a valid prescription from a licensed veterinarian for all prescription medications.

Periodically, a cat may have a "paradoxical" reaction, which causes excitement. Like other antihistamines, anticholinergic effects occur at overdose or higher doses.
